ONLY REGISTRATION FORM IS DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. ALL OTHER FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND RECEIVED BY MAY 1, 2012.
There are several forms you need to print, complete and return – all are available below. (If you are unable to print the forms, please e-mail us
at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can mail or fax the forms to you). Upon receipt of your application and a $150 non-refundable deposit
per session (check or credit card — applicable to the camp fee), information will be sent via e-mail confirming your registration. The balance of
camp fees are due by a May 1, 2013. Camp fees not paid in full by May 1, 2013 risk forfeiture of camp dates. Any fees received
after May 1st will be charged a $25 late fee. Applications received after May 1st must be submitted with all fees, made payable by cashier's
check, money order or credit card, and are accepted only if space is available. Camp space is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
NOTE: Each session is limited to 175 campers and sessions are filled on a first-come-first served basis. If your first session preference is closed, you will be placed into your second (or third or fourth) preference. If only one choice is marked and that session is closed, your deposit will be returned to you.
Registrations and payments will NOT be taken over the phone.
Please note the camper's name and session number(s) on all correspondence and payments.
Faxed applications MUST use a credit card for the deposit. Applications received without credit card information will not be processed.

Campers ages 8 – 18 are welcome. We have programs for swimmers at each level from advanced athletes to beginning competitive.
The TAMU Swim Camp accepts personal checks (made payable to "Texas A&M Swim Camp"), and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover)
for payment. Payment is due in full by a May 1, 2013. Payments received after May 1st will be charged a $25 late fee. Camp fees not
received in full by May 1st risk forfeiture of camp space. Applications received after May 1, 2013, must be submitted with payment in full,
payable by cashier's check, money order or credit card, and will be accepted on a space-available basis.
